ENGLISH: Waste Less Taste More – towards a sustainable approach to food

Food is precious – yet far too much of it ends up in the bin. The new travelling exhibition ‘WASTE LESS TASTE MORE’ highlights why food waste is a problem and how we can take action against it: in our everyday lives, together with others and also politically.

The exhibition was initiated by the foodsharing Academy and financed with the help of Erasmus+ adult education grants in collaboration with partner organisations Microtarians (Luxembourg) and the IDELUX Environnement special-purpose association (Belgium).

With interactive elements such as QR codes and digital content, the exhibition invites visitors to participate and reflect. Accompanying workshops and seminars qualify multipliers to share their knowledge with society.

The aim is to raise awareness of sustainable nutrition, deepen educational work and promote local engagement – for greater appreciation and less food waste. The project builds on two successful Erasmus+ initiatives and now continues the work across borders, in a practical and digital way.
